Raspberries topped with goodies
This snack has more than whipped cream, it has some more lively flavors. I did a research on raspberries, so I decided to make a topping for the raspberries to offset the not so sweat taste. Needless to say, it was just what the doctor ordered!
recipe (yields 4 servings)
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peal
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup thawed frozen light whipped topping
1 tablespoon fine sugar
directions
sprinkle sugar over it.
2. For topping, in another bowl, stir together the whipped topping
and yogurt.
3. Divide berry mixture among 4 dessert dishes. Spoon some of the topping over each serving.
and add some orange peal over it. Serve immediately.
