EASY TO MAKE FRUITY AND HEALTHY SMOOTHIES






To make these DELICIOUS SMOOTHIES, all you need is a little LOVE A BLENDER and..,
  • 1/2 cup skim or low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1-1/2 cups half frozen fruit or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon of fruit preserves(make preserve match the kind of shake you want to make)

Directions

combing milk, yogurt, and fruit, honey, and fruit preserve and blend about 1 minute. Add about 3 to 4 ice cubes or crush them, then blend again for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses, then serve.
makes about 2 ten ounce servings. about 220 calories
