Try this five layered salad for a healthier snack.
Salads are not my favorite choices of snacks but This salad was quick and easy recipe for me to make and tastier because I added some favorite cheese on top to make it more desirable because it's hard to eat something that's not desirable.
1.four cups of shredded lettuce
2.one large tomato sliced
4.one small package of grilled chicken warmed
5.a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Since I'm eating healthier, I choose a low calorie Italian dressing which didn't taste half bad
