I RECENTLY STARTED DRINKING SMOOTHIES? BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THEY ARE HEALTHY, FULFILLING, DELICIOUS AND QUITE SIMPLE TO MAKE
To make one glass you will need these items.
- 1/2 cup skim or low fat milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 1-1/2 cups half frozen fruit or fresh
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon of fruit preserves(make preserve match the kind of shake you want to make)
Directions
combing milk, yogurt, and fruit, honey, and fruit preserve and blend about 1 minute. Add about 3 to 4 ice cubes or crush them, then blend again for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses, then serve.
makes about 2 ten ounce servings. about 220 calories
